Tarnfield are honoured to hold the Memorial Cup Match day each year in memory of former members of the club, sadly no longer with us.  The trophies presented to the men are in honour of Wilf Naylor and Allan Pratt who were staunch members of the club.

The day is celebrated by a progressive round robin pairs match where the pairs move round the green after each eleven ends and change partners for the next eleven.  

The day wouldn't be complete without a break for tea and to sample the food so generously provided by the club members for a sharing table.
